So, I went with a healthy (ish) dinner, tonight, while the rest of my family are eating burgers and hot-dogs, lol!

This is just a simple leftover chicken with noodles that I threw together instead of a peanut-butter sandwich, lol!

As someone who greatly struggles with math and numbers, I have no idea how many calories this is, and I'm not gonna lie, I have not been keeping up with tracking on my Lose It app, recently. I think tracking is feeling a litte tedious to me, right now, because I am an adult picky-eater, still (for most fruits and veggies, anyway…I can't help it, I firmly believe I have a texture issue), so most of my meals are just the same things over and over, again. I've really only been using the app to track my weight, once a month, recently. I know, I know…probably not great that I haven't been tracking numbers….

Anyway, I rambled, sorry! This is my dinner, tonight. I might have a small slice of homemade lemon cake, later (baked by my sister), but I don't know, yet.
