490 for the whole thing.

I cut it into 4 pieces. I was full honestly after 3 so it doesn’t need to be a full 490.

Just lavash bread, pizza sauce from the store, low fat mozzarella cheese, and turkey pepperoni.

Definitely could make it less with fat free cheese but I just went with low fat. I also rinsed the cheese like I’ve heard people say to do so it melts better since I got pre-shredded.

I didn’t cook the lavash before putting every on and that’s what I will do next time, I think. It wasn’t crispy except for the edges so if you like a crispy thin crust then i recommend that before putting all the toppings on.

The possibilities are of course endless with this. Might do chicken bacon ranch next.
