
1/4 cup of shredded sharp cheddar in a pan. Once it melts throw an egg on top and a little pepper. Top with some bacon bits. Turn the heat down and cover for 3 minutes. Take off the burner but leave covered until the egg is cooked to your liking. I like kimchi on the side (I use one from Costco). A bit of sriracha on top. I usually add more kimchi but I ran out this morning. Sometimes I’ll add half an avocado. Very filling and delicious!
