hello!! i’m just under five foot and after gaining a lot of weight back this year, i decided to finally settle on a diet. i have always struggled with overthinking calories and consequently give up counting them, but using loseit seems great so far. i’ve added a full day and photos. it seems to good to be true that i can eat that much ice cream and cap at 320 calories?

also, i drink a lot throughout the day and have been drinking sparkling water to stop cravings (ie strawberry milk lol). is there any issue for the sodium?

anyway, looking forward to continuing this! if you have any suggestions or advice or just chat, i am all ears. thank you
