
Ingredients:
Fat free chicken broth (1/2 cup): 5 cals
Kikkoman teriyaki sauce: 25 cals
Sesame oil: 60 cals
Sesame seeds: 20 cals
Chickpeas: 60 cals
Soft boiled egg: 78 cals
Extra firm tofu: 110 cals
Garlic: 5 cals
Shiritaki noodles: 5 cals
I simmered the tofu in all of the liquid ingredients + garlic for a couple of minutes then poured it over my shiritaki noodles. Picture isn’t the greatest, but I promise it’s delicious 🙂
