These baked HEB tostadas are clutch. 43 cal per, basically just masa harina and salt. I topped 2 with fat free refried beans, a mini avocado, two fried eggs and a little sour cream. Tracker is an estimate, I’m not a precise counter. Felt full and healthy after brunch. Could easily cut back on avocado and get light sour cream to reduce cals but I need a little fat in my life in order to maintain the will to live! Haha
