So on my package of Kikkoman panko it says 2 tbsp is 110 calories and I’m just thinking… is that really correct?? It seems crazyyyy high! Online everything I’ve seen is equating 1/2 cup panko to 120-140 calories, so how in the world is this panko 110 cals for 2 TBSP??

If someone could please help me with this I’m just shocked seeing as how I used only 4 tbsp for my meal, which was barely enough for one chicken breast of baked nuggets and it’s looking like 220 cals for just the panko in that!
