Breakfast: oikos protein yogurt

Morning snack: berries

Lunch: chicken, baked red potato, spinach/feta salad

Dinner: Dave’s killer bread with homemade chicken salad, greens, tomatoes

Snack: Yasso Greek yogurt bar and a handful of my daughters cheez-it’s 🙃

Exercise….ugh spent 2.5 hours in the car, long day at work, and then running kids around. I only got in 5k steps. Going to do better tomorrow
