





So i actually have an additional 600 calories to eat today but i wanted to share what could be a full day of food for someone on a 1200cal restriction. as a snack id throw in some berries, or reduce the amount of avacado in the final meal to use the calories elsewhere.
1. one egg + egg whites w/ zero fat mozzarella cheese & fruit
2. chicken rice bowl w/ spring greens + fruit
3. soft taco-ish sort of thing w/ avacado and zero fat cheese
4. snack (optional) fruit or some small ‘health’ bar
