So over the last two weeks I’ve been eating a consistent 500-1000 calories 40/30/30 diet. But every day I have one or two Tootsie Pops to kill my sugar cravings. It’s figured in to my macros. 60 calories and 15g carbs. Am I dumb for eating a piece or two of candy if I add them into my tracking? Should I avoid candy altogether?
