I started my day with hot chocolate. 169 calories, 2g of protein

Breakfast: pancakes with yogurt and blueberries ( I made the pancakes myself) 296 calories, 23.7g of protein

Lunch: chicken wings with potatoes. 350 calories, 23g of protein

Snack. Two poached eggs w siriracha. 142 calories, 12g of protein

Dinner: chicken wings with flatbread and bok choy. ( I made the flatbread myself and I also prepped the chicken myself). 340 calories, 23.05g of protein

I was supposed to stop eating after dinner but I was craving smth sweet so I had some cookie dough yogurt ( not pictured) it was 50 calories and 9g of protein. The fruit jar was 60 calories and 0g of protein.

Any tips on low cal desserts that don’t have protein powder I can make?? Preferably smth with Greek yogurt or cake.
