Breakfast- Banana Pancakes w Morning Star Sausage Egg scramble

Lunch- Baked Ziti w Tilapia & Veggie Mix.. Super random combination but I accidentally made too little ziti & needed more protein, all I have is tilapia lol.

Dinner- Strawberry & Banana Smoothie. I used Fage yogurt; extremely rich & high in protein.

I also fast for around 16 hour daily
