  1. Green. I had some Irish cheddar once that had a green wax coating that was freaking phenomenal.

    Completely transparent, with the same optical index as air, so it’s basically invisible

    Fun fact: I’ve shocked so many customers when I’ve told them “no, cheese isn’t naturally yellow. It has usually a natural dye in it if it is. Milk is white so unless a cheese is dyed or has an additive to change color it should be creamy looking”
