I hesitated to post this, completely forgot to take a picture of my dinner and it was almost done when I remembered 😭
Still keeps me accountable so imma still share, sorry about that!

Breakfast – 150

Half an Apple, one wasa and peanut butter (wasn’t hungry at all)

Lunch – 550

Shrimp, zucchini, tomato, cream (so filling and so delicious) with one huge bowl of yogurt with the other half of the apple and some chia seeds and a croissant I filled with peanut butter 🤌

that croissant after lunch was way more satisfying than in the mornings, may do that more often

Dinner – 450

Duck with green beans, 4% cream and oven roasted carrots then a big bowl of yogurt with strawberries and a skyr 🙂

Snack (not in pic) ~50

Some almond milk and creamer for my coffee 🙂

Feeling a bit better today, must be the croissant’s power of healing ✨
