
Originally I used a chocolate protein shake (170 cals) and about a teaspoon of sugar free chocolate pudding mix (~5 cals). When I blended this, it was too thick for my taste, had a fudgesicle type texture.
Tonight I went to remix it but wasn’t super happy about having to eat it but needed a sweet fix. I added a splash of fairlife nonfat milk and reblended. It blended a little weird and only mixed the milk to the top layer so I added more milk and blended again and got the most perfect soft serve ever. It’s a little melted in this picture but omg it was perfect.
I added some skinny syrup caramel sauce (0 cals 🙌🏻) and topped with whipped cream as a little treat and devoured this.
Original recipe: ~175 cals and 26 grams of protein for the entire pint
Soft serve recipe (after I ate about a third of the original batch): ~108 cals and about 25 grams of protein total but would be about 225 cals and ~34 grams of protein for the entire pint if made with milk with the entire original recipe.
