



interesting little dessert i made! 325 cal and 36g protein
combined all ingredients and baked at 375° for 30 mins
3 tbsp – pb fit (used sugar free peanut butter cup syrup & water to form)
1/2 cup – mashed sweet potato, boiled with no skin
1.5 tbsp – lupin flour
1/4 cup – egg whites
20g – Built Collagen Peptide Protein powder in “double chocolate” flavor
1 piece – zero sugar hershey’s caramel filled, chopped and placed in/on top
after baking a made icing with zero calorie powdered sugar and more sugar free peanut butter cup syrup!
i enjoyed it, but i think a different kind of flour would have made it better. the lupin flour is kinda grainy and throws it off!
but we hittin protein goals over here 😎
