
It’s 2 scrambled eggs (160 calories plus a tiny bit of avocado oil so my eggs won’t stick), then 2 handfuls of spinach because I gotta get those green ins! Then ketchup for flavour since I don’t like eating eggs plain. Then I had a smoothie (half scoop of Vega vanilla protein powder is around maybe 75 since 1 scoop is 150), then frozen avocado & mango which are both handfuls so maybe around 40-80 ish? Then maybe a cup of soy milk or less, it depends when there’s enough liquid (100) either way it’s my favourite breakfast for a vegetarian.
