
I made mashed potatoes with asparagus, Gardein bufflao “wings” (It’s vegan it’s around 250 for 6 & I had 10 so idk the math) then bunch of celery & carrot sticks. Now I have leftover potatoes for tomorrow dinner! I don’t feel overstuffed which is good & didn’t binge eat. Tomorrow I’m working out, so it will balance it out.
