

These turned out bomb. 196 calories and 12 grams of proteinā I froze mine as breakfast meal prep options!
**Ingredients**
– 226g Blueberry Kodiak muffin mix
– 123g oats
– 52g protein powder (I use @optimumnutrition Vanilla Ice Cream)
– 25g chia seeds
– 40g stevia brown sugar
– 390mL cashew milk
– Vanilla
– Salt
– Butter Extract
– 140g frozen blueberries
(ICING)
– 60g swerve powdered sweetener
– 8g protein powder
– 53mL cashew milk
**Directions**
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Add in first the dry ingredients, then the wet ingredients and mix well (do not add blueberries yet)
3. Transfer to a lined and greased 9×9 baking dish, top with your blueberries
4. Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes, or until edges start to brown. Mix your icing ingredients while that bakes
5. Remove from oven, cool before slicing into 9 squares and drizzling with icing mix. Enjoy!
