I’ve been a silent watcher of this group for awhile but I made this tonight and it turned out so good I actually had to post. Feels like a real hearty meal but is low cal.
Signature reserve Truffle Alfredo – 50 cal for 1/4 cup, I used right under 1/2 cup for 72 cal
Gilbert’s sweet onion and pepper chicken sausage – 100 per link
Asparagus- 16 cal
Mushroom – 18 cal
Parmesan- 72 cal
Palmini hearts of palm linguine – 30 cal

I don’t use cooking oils!

I’ve had these noodles before with red sauces but the white sauce is superior for sure, masks the heart of palm flavor so it seems like a real hearty pasta dish!! I found the palmini noodles at Whole Foods btw 🙂
