– couple hard boiled eggs (yes these are well done! No jammy eggs for me 😉)
– couple pieces of bacon (*real* bacon!)
– slice of sourdough with jam
– Not pictured: handful of blackberries for dessert

It’s not a protein-packed nutrient powerhouse, but it’s *incredibly* satisfying and staves away that feeling of “denying yourself delicious things” that can happen with lower calorie budgets. Feels downright indulgent, in fact, yet fits perfectly within a ~1200 calorie day.
