1 low calorie tortilla
1 egg
1/4 cup cottage cheese
4 grape tomatoes, diced
1-2 floret broccoli (I just use the fluffy bits)
20g shredded mozzarella
Pinch garlic salt
Put tortilla in baking pan small enough that edges go up the sides. Mix the egg and cottage cheese together, pour into the tortilla. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Add veggies and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 17 minutes.
