Got some 2% cottage cheese pots last night and it’s a game changer! The quiche came out so fluffy and creamy. Forgot to add more greens because I was so excited to try this.

If you just do the quiche alone, it’s just 230 cals! I’m ending up needing to save half for lunch/snack (I ate all the fruit and carrots though).

It’s a bit higher in sodium and carbs than I would like to start the day but I love that this gets me to 21g of fiber and 27g of protein in one go.
