







Honestly, I feel like it’s cheating bc when I see other photos like that, they seem to depict less food. I weigh everything, just croutons for dinner are eyeballed.
In general, I’m losing weight even though I have to maintain. But I still don’t like my shape, belly still could be tighter and less sticking out. I’m 164 sm, and 54 kilos.
p.s. I don’t usually have that many snacks, and normally there is no additional food for breakfast like today. I started taking some pills for boosting cognitive skills, probably, that’s them.
What do you think, do you suspect that something is wrong with this amount and calories?
