





I started the 80 Hard/80 Strong challenge from TikTok today and part of it is to work protein into each meal. This was my full day of eating, I tend to do smaller breakfast/lunch so that I can have a large dinner. Having a larger dinner helps me feel way more satisfied for the day and helps prevent me from overeating. I measure everything by weight.
Breakfast: Sesame Ezekiel bread, toasted, 3 slices of breakfast ham, and one egg, scrambled soft in 0.5tsp olive oil, plus some raspberries.
Lunch (I actually always do this meal after my dinner, but like to log it as lunch instead for some reason): parfait made with 170g vanilla Ratio protein yogurt, 10g muesli, and 95g strawberries.
Dinner: 90/10 beef burger patty (patted off after cooking with paper towels to remove excess fat), Daveās Killer Bread 21 whole grains and seeds burger bun, toasted, one slice of sharp white cheddar, 41g avocado, yellow mustard, pickles, lettuce, 85g sweet potato fries with fresh cracked black pepper, and 32g ketchup.
Also consumed 104oz of water. š§
