(Only a half portion of the “quiche” pictured)

My usual breakfast quesadilla was getting a little stale after a month and a half of having nearly everyday so I’m trying it a different way today via a “quiche”.

Only had full fat cheese on hand so it’s a little higher on the calorie end but not bad I think. Going to add a little bit of cottage cheese on the next one to add some protein (this version is meatless, needed a break from the turkey bacon 😅) and scratch the mozzarella.

I’m not sure how to get the brands and all that to show up on the Lose It! app but it’s a La Banderita carb counter tortilla.

Very new to this journey of a calorie deficit due to a type 2 diabetes diagnosis and having a lot of fun figuring out what works best for me. If anyone has any suggestions to make life easier/fun, please send my way!
