
I’m trying to lose 20 lbs. I consume roughly between 1100 – 1300 calories per day and burn about 300 – 500 calories additionally. I guess I’m trying the “fat fast”. I wanted to do keto but it’s kind of hard for me since I do a lot of cardio and need the carbs. Do you think I should tone down on my fat? I guess eating that much fat helps me be full because I am eating a somewhat low calorie diet. My concern is that a lot of the fat I eat will get stored? I want to burn fat and gain toned muscles. I do cycling and hot yoga on weekends for 30 minutes to an hour, and walk for 2 hours every day. Do you guys have suggestions for my exercise routines or my macros? Any advice will help!
