Do y’all trust the Apple Watch move ring? I’m 23F, 5’7, 140 lbs. I work a semi active job (I have about 5k steps when I leave work).

I work out a lot, but am genetically cursed with high BF% and am on hormonal birth control which has made it hard for me to build muscle. I have always had a low resting HR in the 40s and 50s – could this be why it’s so low?

For example, in that screenshot of my day I burned 840 extra “move” cals, but my total cals is only 2000.

I’m know I’m probably in denial and that I should just accept that my tdee is 1200, but it doesn’t feel right 😩 please share your thoughts on the Apple Watch calculation vs one through a website/app?
