So I’m trying to input proper measurements with Halo top in MyFitnessPal. But what I have found is that they use two measurements
The pint has total of 473 ML
In the serving side it shows as Cups and Grams for measurement.
Since in this case 1g is not equal to 1 ml because it’s not just water in the ice cream.
In my fitness pal it shows ML measurements.
To keep it simple.
If I weight out their serving (88g) with a scale.
That would equal 1 serving out of the 3 in which it would be 473/3 = 157ML
In MyFitnessPal if I put in the serving manually 157ML it would equal to the same nutritional as the label shows. I just wanna make sure weight in it correctly at 88Grams in the scale to achieve their serving size
