428 Calories, 36 g of protein

The stir fry veggie and egg white combo has been a game changer for me! On days where I don’t have too many calories left, I have just the veggies with the egg whites and this crunch topping and it always hits the spot! On days like today where I skip breakfast (snoozed my alarm one too many times :p) I add a bit of frozen orange chicken from Trader Joe’s. Just enough to pull the whole meal together. 10/10!!!
