If y’all haven’t tried mixing jello powder into cottage cheese yet, YOU’RE MISSING OUT. I wanted to make a big batch so I used one 24oz container of regular cottage cheese, one packet of sugar free orange jello, and (optional) one 15oz can of no sugar added mandarin oranges. Makes about 4.5 cups, with about 170 calories per cup serving. If you use fat free cottage cheese, it’ll be about 117 calories per cup serving. It’s a healthier version of a dessert my mom used to make, she called it “Orange Fluff”. It will change your life.
