


Keto peanut butter cereal with strawberry chunks and almond milk out of a mug; 4oz of mixed berry kefir (yay, for homemade grown-up Danimals!) and 8oz of sugar free pineapple juice mixed with club soda that’ll carry me through to lunch (clearly, I’m a big fan of comfort beverages.)
1 more week to go for my 5-week weigh-in. My pants already fit better and my belt is getting looser so I already know there’s been progress!
