My rules :

1. Cook everything yourself.
2. Avoid processed food like plague.
3. Clean up yourself after cooking.
4. Avoid spoilage. Reuse leftovers. And no big batches.
5. Cut down on meat.

Full time job, travel 7-10 days a month. Love food. Lucky enough to have had extended exposures to cuisines world over.

Getting older and obese, and will have some alone time for next few months. Lipids are everywhere, LFT numbers are spiking, so decided it’s time to do this seriously. I have done this in the past too with great results. This time, the rules are tougher though – homemade, low spoilage and lowered meat.
