
If I stick to my plan, my macros will be 53/27/20. Had cereal with yogurt, berries, flax milk, and a boiled egg for breakfast. Dinner will be shrimp pasta with olive oil, lemon zest/juice, and capers. Snack will be a large apple and a Poppi drink. ~1230 kcal
