Hello all! I know this post would seem fanatical about keeping meals at very low calories. However, I have found that if I have six small meals throughout the day, I do much better during the week. So nobody panic, I an NOT keeping my three meals to less than 150 calories, lol 🤣. I consume my full 1200 calories per day, and if I work out I do allow myself those extra calories burnt as a treat at the end of the day.
