I’ve been making these a LOT recently, almost everyday. Stuff is almost pure protein. Eat around 3 of these for breakfast + ice cream and comes out to about 290kcal + 27g protein, 190kcal without the ice cream.

I’m also a horrible cook that can’t flip pancakes for my life (forth attempt 💀), takes around ten minutes, just a lapped the ingredients together.

Ingredients:
– 2 eggs: 160kcal / 12g protein
– 3/4 cup protein (3 scoops, used Gold Standard whey): 360kcal / 72g protein
– banana: 110kcal / 1g lmao
– 1/3 cup almond milk (Almond Breeze): 13kcal
– or: whole milk: 50kcal
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– lots of cinnamon *optional
– baking soda *optional (still good without, just not as fluffy)

Total: makes around 10
~650kcal / 90g protein
~65kcal / 9g protein per pancake
550kcal / 55kcal per pancake without the banana (also tastes fine)

Steps:
– stir eggs
– put everything inside
– smash the bananas, leaving chunks will give a nice creamy and
– yes it looks questionable, trust
– put around 1/4-1/5 cup per pancake, grease pan w/ oil or butter
– eat

Best thing is it’s almost impossible to finish it all in one setting, and if you do, you’ve simply hit your protein goals for the day 🥴
