
I like chia seed pudding, I don’t love it, and I couldn’t figure out how to really make it work for me. But this morning I had chia seed pudding with a glob of jelly and 1.5 tbsp of PB2 and omg so good!! Great to get a pb&j fix without all the bread. 181 cal, 7g of protein and 7g of fiber. Not bad for a light breakfast that also satisfied my sweet tooth!
