Good morning all! I recently saw a photo and almost couldn’t recognize myself. I decided to start trying to eat healthier and eat less because I’ll be honest, I usually eat until disgustingly full. I’m trying though and feel extremely motivated! Here is day 3 of 1200kcal/day. Please let me know if there’s anything you recommend I change or anything you would have done differently. Any tips are always welcome too! Thank you in advance!
