I honestly tried going on a diet but the acid from the rice vinegar. Then I saw my leftover 3 days old chicken and thought why not bc protein and then I’ll stop eating junk. Then I went out and ate. If someone can count this for me, that would be awesome. But I’ll definitely try better tomorrow. I’m 161lbs. I lost 20 pounds before the year ended but now I gained all of that back. My best weight loss was 138-140 but i had stubborn fat and I had a lot of energy where I just learn to run 5 miles. I was at my fitness peak, but then I got depressed bc there was no change in weight and I was body shamed.
