
Hey guys, I lift 6x/week, 3-4x/week cardio. I’m a woman, 5’2, 144lbs with some muscle mass. I normally eat 1600/1700 but I’m trying to cut a few pounds for an event I have on May 1st. Would 1200 with 100g of protein a day be too little since I’m working out so much? Or maybe I just have it in my head that eating less isn’t good when really I’m just used to feeling stuffed.
